College degree or comparable experience.
3 years financial industry experience.
Designations, Licenses, and Registrations:
Series 7, 63, 65/66 (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Oregon Life, Health, Disability & VA insurance license
Other Skills and Abilities:
Strong people skills
Computer skills a must (e.g., MS Word, Excel, databases, CRM, financial industry applications)
Ability to learn and utilize financial planning and company proprietary software and tools
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organized work habits
Time and project management skills
Professional office environment. Appropriate business attire is required. Team member may be required to travel to a client and vendor sites, local and national conferences as necessary.
