We launched our recruiting firm in 2009 to assist financial planning firms source, screen and integrate the next generation of talent. Our mission is to become the recruiting firm of choice for financial planning firm owners and new financial planners seeking to enter the profession.
We are interested in you if you are a new or recent college graduate who is seeking to make an immediate impact on a growing business. The candidates that are a good fit for our team will be those looking for a great career growth opportunity, prefer to work in a small business (7 existing team members currently), a hands-off management style environment, collaborative culture, and a place where HR/Recruiting professionals are valued by the clients that hire us.

This is where you will start:
·Support recruiting and operations team’s efforts in placing candidates
o Sourcing, screening, administering skill assessments, developing candidate reports
o Assist with new client onboarding process
·Maintain CRM database
·Other projects as needed such as social media, web content, marketing (whitepaper, blog, etc.), preparing presentation materials as needed
