U.S. Department of Labor Report Occupational Outlook Handbook

The Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH) provides information on what workers do; the work environment; education, training, and other qualifications; pay; the job outlook; information on state and area data; similar occupations; and sources of additional information, for 325 occupational profiles, covering about 4 out of 5 jobs in the economy. 

The job outlook for careers in personal financial advising is very optimistic. The U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Outlook Handbook predicts above average growth of 7% for personal financial advisors through 2028. The Handbook provides additional information on personal financial advisors, like “What They Do” and “How to Become One.”
