For over 25 years, Spahn Financial has been providing thoughtful and comprehensive financial planning to positively impact families and future generations. In our continuing efforts to provide the most effective and outstanding professional services to our clients, and with an ambitious growth plan going forward, we are looking to add to our team.  This new hire would be part of a highly qualified team that services the clientele of Spahn Financial; the main function would be to collaborate with our Advisors to provide in-depth financial planning for our clients and prospects.

Responsibilities to include:

Preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial plans including tax planning, retirement analysis, estate planning analysis, education funding analysis, stock options analysis, and risk management

Design customized recommendations for clients and prospects

Become knowledgeable on all Northwestern Mutual insurance products (life, DI, LTC); be a resource for the team on insurance questions

Ensure effective financial planning workflow including data collection, review, and in-depth analysis, making it seamless for the client

Collaborate with other advisors (attorneys, accountants)

Participate in client meetings (in person and virtual) to present recommendations

Research various financial topics as they arise in client situations

Develop visual support pieces for presentations to clients

Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory practices at the highest standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years previous related experience

Current CFP designation holder, or progress toward designation

Effective communication skills (strong verbal and written)

Effective time management, ability to multi-task; strong work ethic

Able to work independently, as well as within a team; collaborative team player

Strong technology skills

Maintain confidentiality

Project a high level of professionalism to clientele
