Client Service Associate

Seeking Client Service Associate licensed or willing to commit to study and pass licensing as the primary task the first 12 weeks of employment.

Continued employment beyond the 12 week probationary period based on becoming fully licensed.

We would train you on our systems to set up new client managed accounts and do maintenance on exisiting managed accounts, set up client monthly meetings and help financial advisors document pre and post meeting, run illustrations and comparisons, call clients to update their profiles and data, and positively represent the 515 Hamilton Group at Morgan Stanley to clients, the public and the firm.

There is a lot of room for growth in this position for the right person.

Post pandemic, this job location is in Allentown Pa and as such we are only accepting applications from residents of Easter PA or NJ. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree.
