Wealth Management Analyst

We are searching for someone to join our Private Wealth Advisor training program. All candidates start off as analysts, working under a senior Private Wealth Advisor in a team setting. Duties include preparing financial plans, sitting in on client meetings, managing projects, preparing proposals, and supporting the general operations of our boutique wealth management practice.

As an associate of our firm, you will earn a base salary and bonus depending on the firm's overall profitability. As your analytical, communication, and consulting skills grow, you will be assigned to handle client relationships and eventually grow to run your own book of clients with the support and assistance of an experienced team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel, a professional demeanor, and both strong verbal and written communication skills. All candidates will be given examinations to test your skills in excel, be asked to deliver a short speech on a topic of your choosing, and asked to write a short essay to demonstrate writing skills.

Candidates with a background in finance, accounting, banking, consulting, or financial services tend to do best in our firm though we are open to a non-traditional candidate who displays exceptional communication and analytical skills.

The pay level will depend on prior experience, education, and credentials.
