Works closely with Wealth Advisors and their clients analyzing financial information, recommending financial plans and monitoring outcomes. Assists clients in understanding and meeting short and long-term financial goals.

• Execute the vision of the company by providing financial planning, insurance planning, estate planning, and investment services to clients.

• Assess client’s overall financial picture, and understand their needs to devise an appropriate financial plan and make recommendations to clients.

• Work with Wealth Advisors and their clients to prepare and amend financial plans with the purpose of helping clients achieve their goals.

• Understand complex legal and financial documents and keep up to date with financial laws and legal restrictions.

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Wealth Advisors, keeping them and their clients updated on financial laws and rules and alternative planning strategies.

• Originate and underwrite complex financial and estate plans. Qualifications/Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Management or equivalent experience.

• Advanced degree such as JD, CFP, CFA, CPA or MBA required.

• 2-4 years of industry experience.

• Working knowledge of investment strategies, estate planning concepts and other products/services to complete financial plans.

• Strong and effective sales, math and analytical skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Respond to and resolve client service requests according to Great Western policies in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner at all times.

• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
