Job Description
The Senior Advisory Associate (“SAA”) partners with advisors on all aspects of managing client relationships. This includes financial planning, asset allocation & investment selection, reporting, meeting preparation and follow up. This is an experienced position that offers the potential for career growth within Vivaldi.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning: Assists advisors in the analysis of each clients’ situation (using eMoney) in preparation for client meetings. Investigates, as necessary, any specific planning strategies per client or advisor requests, including the following areas – retirement, cash flow, tax, estate, insurance, education, etc.
- Asset Allocation & Investment: Articulates Vivaldi’s investment philosophy to clients and assists Wealth Advisors in building customized portfolios
- Reporting: SAA assists our Advisors with reporting and client portal requests (Orion & eMoney).
- Client Meetings: Supports and leads client meetings, including the preparatory and ongoing follow-up work needed to service relationships
- Systems: Understands our various systems (Orion, eMoney, BOA, Salesforce etc.) and is comfortable with keeping up with technological advancement
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have earned a CFP and have a bachelor’s degree in financial planning or a related field (finance, economics, accounting, etc) as well as 4-7 years of experience within a wealth management firm and client facing experience.
