Associate Planner or Financial Planner

Join our team as an Associate Financial Planner (more experienced applicants also welcome for higher level planning roles in the firm)!  Clear Perspectives Financial Planning is a fast growing fee-only financial planning and investment management company located in Blue Ash, OH, a northern suburb of Cincinnati.  We are looking to welcome an exceptional Associate Financial Planner to our team, with potential to partnership.  Our firm is focused on personalized client service and comprehensive financial planning for our clients.  We are known for our commitment to the long term success of our clients and our employees.

Responsibilities:  

1.)  Work with the teams managing investments, operations and tax planning to create the detailed financial plans for clients.

2.)  Collaboratively draft and deliver financial plans and analysis for advisor teams and clients.  Implement financial plans under the supervision of a Lead Advisor or Principal.

3.)  Master and utilize many types of software in your analysis and planning, including financial planning and tax software and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications and Experience:

1.)  Bachelor's degree required

2.)  CFP(r) certification or ability to complete coursework and achieve credential within 2 years

3.)  3 to 10 years work experience desired.  

More experienced planners are welcome to apply and will be considered for a more advance position in the firm.
