Job Summary
The Client Service Specialist works collaboratively with the Operations Team to facilitate the daily execution and implementation of our business. This will include administration and operational support to the team of Financial Advisors and our clients. They will work on projects to maximize efficiency, utilize various internal systems and learn process-based workflows to service ongoing client requests. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, energetic, proactive, hardworking, flexible and resourceful.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Investigate and answer operationally driven client inquiries
• Provide ongoing day-to-day support to our high net-worth clients
• Respond to client requests in a timely manner (such as but not limited to on-boarding new clients, coordinating client requests, money movement, general client account maintenance, generating reports and adding/removing/modifying restrictions)
• Serve as a primary liaison between Summitry and Custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade)
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks and updating internal systems

• 1 year of Operations/Client Service experience with an RIA (registered investment advisory)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Tamarac Reporting, CRM and Rebalancer experience a plus
• An unrelenting work ethic and stellar communication abilities
• Ability to work independently but also be a proactive contributing team member
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on projects effectively
• Ability to multi-task
• A drive to succeed
• Strong desire to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
