Service Advisor
Triune Financial Partners, LLC is a comprehensive, fee-based Financial Planning and Retirement Plan Consulting firm based in Overland Park, KS. We are a fiduciary. Triune serves our private clients by coming alongside them to build a Financial Life Plan. We operate as a bona fide firm; we work collaboratively and in teams. Together, we address each area of a client’s life, comprehensively. Specifically, this means we address wealth management, investment advisory, risk management & insurance, cash flow & budgeting, group benefits review, 401(k) recommendations, taxes, estate planning, and charitable giving.
Position Summary: The Service Advisor will interface directly with clients in coordination with senior Financial Planners and Partners of the firm. Service Advisor must be highly motivated, detail oriented, have a passion for financial planning and client service, be dedicated to growth and open to change, be able to prioritize multiple projects, enjoying working and communicating as a member of the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Help advisors construct and design financial plans
• Attend client meetings and prepare follow-up communications
• Obtain appropriate licenses to work with certain clients independently
• Develop and maintain the client presentation materials
• Interface with key vendors to the firm
• Gather, organize, and enter client data into multiple software programs
• Maintain reporting systems related to clients, financial plans, investment accounts and other assets
• Assist with paperwork for opening client investment accounts and insurance applications
• Research ad hoc financial topics
• Fulfill and maintain compliance requirements within the organization
• Other duties as assigned
Skills/Key Attributes:
• Strong oral and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining effective relationships
• Exhibit initiative, integrity, and responsibility
• Ability to maintain positive attitude within dynamic work environment
• Ability to be self-starting and research solutions using expert materials
• Must be proficient in MS Office Software
• Experience with Apple computers preferred
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of professional Financial Planning or Financial Services experience preferred
• FINRA Series 65 License
• CFP® or CKA® designations; or scheduled to sit for the CFP® exam
