Evergreen is continuing to expand its San Francisco Bay Area office.  We are looking for an experienced client service and operations professional who is passionate about working in wealth management. This person should be personable and detail-oriented and be able to work with limited supervision.

We are a small team and are looking to invest in someone for the long-term. The new Associate would work in Schwab Advisor Center, Tamarac, Salesforce, among other platforms. Job responsibilities include the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Onboarding and Account Maintenance

  • Filling out new client paperwork and following up about signatures
  • Updating new accounts and creating reporting groups, client portals, households (Salesforce and Tamarac)
  • Cost basis updates, ongoing paperwork for account changes
  • Tax season: Gathering 1099s and K-1s

Cash Management

  • Arrange capital calls, wires and checks for clients
  • Helping clients manage margin and PALs (pledged asset lines)

Quarterly Reconciliation and Reporting

  • Reconciling client groups, producing reports and uploading them to the client portal
  • Liaising with our private investment data entry team

Private Investments

  • Fill out subscription documents and coordinate with private investment managers
  • Statement saving (capital calls, valuations, distribution notices)


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze and work well under pressure
  • Self-starter with great listening and follow through skills
  • Mathematical abilities to gather data involved in preparing reports
  • Interest in streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency
  • Excellent communications skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous performance reporting experience a positive, but not required
  • CFP® or CFP® candidate favored
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Salary Range:

  • $80,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
