Client Service Associate
We are a fast-growing financial planning practice providing fee-based planning and asset management services to 380 client households. The Client Service Associate position is an integral part of our team serving as the firm’s front line in communication with new and existing clients, as well as supporting the internal operations of the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates new to the industry who want to gain exposure to all aspects of operating and growing a financial planning firm, or for experienced client service specialists who want a firm who will appreciate and reward their experience and skills. Providing extraordinary service has been one of the pillars of our growth, the Client Service Associate in our firm is a central position in continuing to meet the expectations of our clients and in developing new client relationships.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator with strong professional presence over phone, email and in person. The atmosphere of the firm is fast paced, in order to thrive you will need to be able to prioritize effectively and track a number of ongoing tasks at once. An aptitude for using technology tools is important as firm workflows entail utilizing multiple applications and are continually evolving as the firm grows. Strong attention to detail and innate organizational skills will greatly assist in effectively managing the flow of information and maintaining integrity of sensitive client data. A professional or educational background in financial planning is preferred but not required.
As a small, growing firm there is ample opportunity for growth based on the interests and aptitudes of the candidate. Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience and skills. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided, and all associates are eligible for annual bonus payments. The position is currently in-person at a socially distanced workplace operating at less than 25% capacity.
