As a Client Advisor, you will serve in a support role to multiple client relationship managers who are responsible for maintaining and growing long-term client relationships.  Working in conjunction with the relationship managers, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Prepare/Review net worth and cash flow statements
  • Prepare/Review investment and asset allocation reports
  • Input/Review trades for specific client account
  • Coordinate client money movement needs
  • Prepare/Review retirement planning analyses
  • Prepare/Review income tax returns as well as estate and income tax projections
  • Assist with ad hoc client requests


Our ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Tax return preparation experience
  • CPA or CFP preferable
  • Proficiency in tax software (ProFX / BNA)
