As an Associate Advisor, you have a passion for finance, working with people, and delivering superior customer service. Colleagues and friends probably know you as friendly and curious. Someone who loves attention to detail, communicating clearly and getting things done.

You thrive in a team environment where everyone is working together towards a common goal.  

As someone focused on working both behind the scenes and with clients, you would spend time in client meetings and taking care of client tasks outside of meetings.  You love connecting with people and forming lasting relationships with them.

Since you have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, you enjoy organizing client activity as well as executing tasks. Your work is efficient and accurate. You take great satisfaction in making a meaningful contribution to our firm’s procedures and service to our clients.

You thrive at communicating with clients in a way that’s clear and makes their lives easier when it comes to obtaining updated information and providing financial planning updates. And you can do all this with a sense of urgency and follow-through.

Your desire to work in a growing company shows that you value teamwork, cooperation, and the opportunity to challenge yourself to improve every day and, ultimately, advance in your career.

Finally, you know that a client first attitude is a must.  While this position requires an understanding of technical, financial planning and investment management processes and procedures, we’re looking from someone who wants to provide a “wow” level of service to our clients every day.
