An established independent firm on the Oregon coast seeks a qualified partner who will have the opportunity to eventually take over the business (3–5-year timeframe).  Start by working with the owner in servicing a $70 million book while developing your own clients.  

Salary plus % of revenue generated from new relationships.

This is a FEE ONLY business.  Strong ethics and an ability to connect with clients by speaking plainly about financial matters is a top priority.
