Nashville, Tenn., we take pride in our comprehensive accounting and advisory services, our

more than 200 people working in our Middle Tennessee offices.
Associate Wealth Advisor – Kraft Asset Management LLC
Responsibilities
New Clients
Review account statements
Review FinaMetrica results
Run Monte Carlo analyses
Assist in Discovery meeting
Recommend investment allocation
IPS meeting
Implement IPS
Keep clients informed as appropriate
Existing Clients
Process requests from clients
Set up scheduled distributions
Complete RMDs
Assist with clients’ employer retirement plan allocation (401k)
Quarterly IPS vs Actual allocation review and rebalancing trades
Review client fees
Trades for distributions
Tax loss harvesting trades
Trades for advisor fees
Advise clients on financial decisions
Re‐run Monte Carlo analyses as needed
Provide benchmark returns, if requested
Participate in client meetings
Communicate with client’s tax advisor, attorney, etc..
Broad Responsibilities
Help develop financial plans
Work as a team member to acquire new clients
Proactively serve existing clients
Compliance related tasks
Assist with marketing plan and update of marketing materials
Assist with client letters
Help plan seminars and market seminars or other KAM events
Knowledge of custodians’ rules
Communicate with BAM CRS team regarding broad spectrum of issues
Maintain relationships with KraftCPAs co‐workers, referral sources, centers of influence,
and in the greater Nashville community
Involvement in professional organizations
o Participate in community service and networking events
Requirements
1‐2 years’ experience in a Registered Investment Advisor Firm
Understands how to use and apply the tools of the firm to support clients
Strong communication and listening skills. Problem resolution skills. Attention to detail:
accuracy; timeliness.
Must be a team player
Willing to learn new skills
Well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills – able to build trusted
relationships
