Our firm has been retained by a Beachwood-based Registered Investment Advisor as, due to growth, they are seeking a Client Service Director to provide exemplary customer service to each and every client.
Our client is a full-service multi-family office and a RIA that provides services on a confidential basis. As a manager of managers, they provide clients access to elite investment opportunities through investment partnerships and client-tailored investment models.
The Client Service Director will oversee day-to-day interactions with clients and client teams, have oversight of client transactions, follow-up on client’s needs and requests, and work with the client service team to follow and develop best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or Finance
• CFP, JD, MBA, CFA or CPA
• Five years’ experience in a trust department, investment firm and/or family office
• Knowledge in Estate Planning and Financial Planning
