Operations Associate
We are a Tampa Bay based firm looking for a sharp, organized, reliable, motivated professional with superior attention to detail to join our team as an Operations Associate. This new team member will work in a team-oriented environment delivering a seamless and integrated approach to client service for Unique Wealth. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and will use communications and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction at all times.
Duties:
- Understand and support Unique Wealth’s vision, mission, and strategy
- Prepare client and custodian paperwork
- Manage workflow of onboarding new clients
- Input accurate data into multiple systems (CRM system, filing system, custodian sites, etc.)
- Research, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, account custodians, professional consultants, and other staff in a timely and professional manner
- Back up for other positions in the office
- Provide technical support for other team members
- Engage in teamwork and team building integrating into the culture of the firm
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Efficient in research, troubleshooting, task management, and follow up
- A focus on detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and independently manage your daily tasks. Must work effectively on your own and as part of a team
- Maintain a “client-first” service focus
- Excellent operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex work, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business
- The aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry
- Regularly interact with clients answering routine questions and service requests
- High degree of initiative
- Ability to be diplomatic
- Demonstrated leadership to motive and hold others accountable
- Capacity to handle a fast paced work environment
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of financial services industry experience
- Experience with Pershing Advisory Services
- Series 65
