OakCrest Capital is a financial services firm, and we are seeking Financial Planning Paraplanners to join our team. We are seeking new Paraplanners to support our continued growth and to help manage existing client relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

• Input data into financial planning software and assist financial advisors with developing initially planning recommendations, onboarding and ongoing maintenance of client relationships
• Support advisors with pre client meeting activities such as preparing meeting agendas and client portfolio presentations as well as post client meeting tasks (such as processing client meeting notes, entering data into the database and setting tasks for client requests
• Provide dedicated support to Financial Advisors through collaboration and organization
• Communicate with clients regarding items needed for meetings
• Manage setup and maintenance of client portals, including account aggregation 

  Qualification Requirements:

• Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of financial planning/para planning experience
• Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65) licensed 
• Highly proficient in MS Office, 
• Excellent organizational, computer and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on projects
• Team player and able to work in fast paced environment
• Good command of financial planning, investment planning, estate planning, and insurance planning
• Ability to manage and process multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Warm, friendly personability with the ability to connect with people and develop long term relationships
• Familiarity with our current planning system eMoney is a must

Benefits:
