Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for assisting with client portfolios and relationships in accordance with the firm’s policies, goals, objectives, and vision. Duties for this position will include collaborating with and assisting the firm’s Wealth Managers. Major areas of responsibility include the following:
- Assisting the firm’s Wealth Managers as requested
- Data gathering, researching, reviewing, compiling, and preparing information for clients
- Preparing financial planning projections and asset allocation analyses
- Coordinate follow-up for and taking notes in client meetings
- Money movement and placing trades
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- CPA with experience in public accounting required
- CFP® or PFS certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the financial services industry
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- High-level computer skills
Preferred Experience and Attributes
- Financial planning experience
- Series 7 and 66 licensing
- Knowledge of small business retirement plans
- Experience using Junxure CRM software or similar technology
- Knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations and industry best practices
