Paraplanner

Rabadeau Wealth Group has an opportunity to work with an established practice as a paraplanner working in collaboration with senior financial advisors and existing clients. Cultivating new business relationships is not a primary responsibility of this rule.

As a paraplanner, responsibilities include:

• Assist lead advisor in planning for client meetings including: prepare agenda, prepare financial plan, document conversations
• In tandem with an advisor, meet with current and prospective clients
• Gather and maintain relevant client information as part of the financial planning process
• Enter this client data into proprietary planning software
• With guidance, review client’s financial situation and develop a custom recommendation for their unique needs
• Participate in subsequent client meetings with an advisor including presenting analyses and recommendations, answering questions, and addressing concerns

Skills needed:

Positive attitude

Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office including Excel

Detail-oriented and organized

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities with limited oversight

Ability to meet or exceed deadlines

Ability to adapt to new technologies

Either a CFP designation or on track to obtain designation
