Associate Advisor/Paraplanner

We are looking for a talented individual who has excitement for the industry and passion for helping people.  This person will need to have a well-rounded skill set, as we not only need help with servicing clients, but help with managing back-office operations, trading/portfolio management, and planning implementation. This person needs to be self-motivated, organized, a multi-tasker, and someone who wants to learn and take on more responsibility as they grow.  This person also needs to have the ability to drop everything they are doing for a quick paddle board down the Deschutes River (non-negotiable).

With that, your role would be to work directly with two lead advisors in servicing clients, building rapport, constructing financial plans, and implementing the various planning components.  In doing this you will be working directly with clients and the advisors to make sure clients needs are well taken care of. You would also take ownership of the process to onboard new clients to the firm and handle all the paperwork and systems to accomplish account openings and transfers of client assets.
