SUMMARY

We are looking for someone with a value system that matches ours to run our Financial Planning Department. A qualified candidate will have a client-first mentality and an unwavering conviction to providing unbiased advice with a high standard for quality of advice. You will oversee the Financial Planning Department and ultimately be responsible for presenting superior advice across our growing base. Sales will never be required. Absolute commitment to advice is all we ask.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Financial Planning Department
  • Oversee the planning process
  • Ensure accuracy of data, analysis, and advice
  • Provide in-depth written recommendations
  • Consult with advisors on complex case design
  • Manage the Financial Planning pipeline
  • Determine optimal strategies and timing
  • Work with advisors to develop clear presentation methods

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in comprehensive Financial Planning
  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Certification
  • Leadership Experience
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with NaviPlan and MoneyGuide Pro planning software is ideal
  • Willingness to coach and mentor less experienced planners
  • Team player and positive attitude mandatory
  • Desire to constantly learn, grow, improve, and teach
