Relationship Manager

A Relationship Manager’s primary role is to manage our firm’s relationships with existing clients, other professionals, and to form new relationships that can lead to growing the number of clients our firm serves.  While managing the relationships with the firm’s clients is the primary role, a balance of effort will be in 1) making outreach to find new clients, 2) establishing referral relationships with other professionals that are positioned to provide us suitable new client prospects, and 3) to create community events to raise the awareness of our firm on the Eastern Shore.  This will involve reaching out to a volume of contacts to create a referral network, professionally communicating our value, and establishing long-term relationships.  This role with work with our suppliers and designers to create materials that they can use in their efforts.
