Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Data Strategy & Information Delivery team partners across the organization to create/refine business requirements / user stories, define functional specifications, and provide program and project management support to initiatives aimed at transforming client and Financial Advisor experience for the better. The Program Manager provide horizontal oversight of complex business, technology, operations, and technology delivery agile squads in a hybrid program management / agile environment.
As a key contributor to the successful delivery of high visibility, high impact initiatives across Analytics and Data, and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management – we are seeking “roll up the sleeves” individuals who can:
- Understand multiple business strategies and develop trusted partnerships with cross-functional business, technology, and operations delivery teams to drive successful Fleet execution
- Distill complex concepts and content into straightforward, digestible information that stakeholders, teams, and Management can understand and action
- Integrate knowledge of end-to-end business processes into program planning and decisioning processes
- Actively champion Agile & program management best practices to drive better performance; Coach and mentor Product Owners and other members of the Agile Fleet to ensure delivery is in conformance with company methodologies and standards
- Execute Basic Program Management activities:
- Drive the successful prioritization, planning, monitoring, and closure of ecosystem-wide programs
- Support risk and issue identification, escalation, and resolution
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting as needed
- Program administration throughout the full systems development life cycle using both Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Manage fleet-level agile ceremonies and other meetings with core project team members, key stakeholders, and corporate leadership team members
