The Wealth Management Business Development & Field Training (BD&FT) organization supports the Firm’s Financial Advisors by managing the field sales support of non-banking products and the business development functions for our branch network.

BD&FT is seeking a motivated, dependable and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Business Development & Field Training organization.


  • Maintain executives’ calendar, schedule meetings, conference calls and coordination of meetings
  • Support Head of Training to schedule interviews and trainings
  • Keep records and reports up-to-date as it relates to all Virtual Engagement Associates
  • Manage a real estate footprint including but not limited to maintaining floorplans, managing team moves, placing tickets with building maintenance, etc.
  • Provide overall assistance to the team
  • Coordinate executive travel
  • Answer executive phones
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for the team
  • Set-up and maintain mail groups
  • Distribute mail and organize messenger and overnight services
  • Process invoices using internal systems
  • Provide coverage to other assistants in department when needed
  • Ad hoc duties as necessary to support team
