As a Wealth Client Segment Manager your primary focus will be to lead, recruit, coach/manage a team of Financial Advisors (FA) and/or Wealth Client Consultants (WCC) to deliver a best in class customer experience as a result of broadening and deepening client relationships.  In your role, you will manage, coach and supervise a team of 20 +/- WCCs in an assigned market/region within a segment to collectively meet and exceed productivity and customer experience targets. You will foster a collaborative culture to achieve mutual goals with strong internal partnerships and demonstrate a leadership commitment to Citizens Credo and Values. Maintain and own team knowledge of regulatory requirement and ensure team compliance. Ensure team is using a financial planning lead practice that results in offering a broad range of product solutions by leveraging with key partners. And, ensure the team is adhering to sales management practices. Model an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth for yourself and the team.

Minimum Required

  • Banking experience, 5+ years
  • Previous supervisory management experience within a FINRA member firm required, 5+ years
  • Must have proven ability to deliver on financial expectations for team
  • Must have experience in recruiting and interviewing professional licensed professionals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 and 65 and 24. CFP or similar preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment
  • Management in the direct sales of investment/insurance and banking products with a proven record of success
  • History of ethical and compliant behavior in background and FINRA form U-4 and maintain certifications through ongoing continuing education.
