Job Details
The primary role of the Client Service Administrator is to support and assist team members with client-related activities, such as, prepare client application and forms for new and existing accounts and follow up on client requests.
This role will be required to work independently, be able to develop and implement innovative solutions for assigned project and provide good first impressions as this is key to establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients, vendors, and partners. This position requires basic knowledge of the industry and commitment to uphold the firm’s mission and value statement.

Client Service Administration Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greeting and directing prospects, clients, vendors, and partners and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
• Fulfills account administration initiated by Clients over the telephone, through email, or in person.
• Scan and organize client files so that the hard and electronic files are consistent.
• Maintain organization of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, files, and inventory.
• Communicates progress and confirms task completion to Clients and Advisors.
• Documenting and archiving of all client-related activities then communicating them with team members.
• Shows initiative in problem solving to resolve higher-level account complications and sensitive client interactions.
Firm Responsibilities:
• Understanding and supporting firm’s mission and vision.
• Providing administrative support for the team.
• Communicating relevant information to team members to ensure members are able to operate effectively and efficiently.
