Finance Intern

The Finance Intern reports to the Managing Director and specific responsibilities will include:

• Scanning, copying and organizing digital client folders and files. High level of data entry for audits and projects. Assist with organizing client meetings and proactively preparing meeting materials in advance. Entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is a self-starter who takes initiative in teamwork and collaboration Has a strong work ethic and a flexible “can-do” attitude Has a professional demeanor, discretion and good judgment

• Has some customer service experience and the desire to provide superior client service in a team-oriented, small-company environment Is working towards a diploma or lower division college courses Has some experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or similar Google products); some experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio accounting (or similar systems) is a plus Has communication skills, including creating business correspondence with proper grammar and punctuation Has strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently Has Solid multi-tasking and prioritization abilities Is reliable (core hours 9:00am-2:00pm, Monday through Wednesday) Has excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Pays attention to detail and high level of accuracy Is comfortable with responsibility

• Possesses the ability to remain calm and level-headed in high pressure or challenging situations
