Northbridge Financial Group is a Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm seeking a fulltime Financial Paraplanner.

Northbridge Financial Group incorporates asset protection strategies into its planning and works exclusively with physicians. Northbridge Financial Group believes in a collaborative team approach to include outside strategic partners.

The Financial Paraplanner position will provide technical support to Financial Advisors.

Responsibilities and Duties

--- Prepare client review reports for advisors meeting

--- Input and design Financial Plans

--- Request and / or run illustrations

--- Morningstar, YCharts, and performance reports

--- Identify and obtain information necessary to compile Financial Analysis.

--- Ability to run and request various quotes for planning

--- Document activities in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Qualifications and Skills

--- Experience with creating Financial Plans and projections. E Money experience is preferred.

--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel.

--- CFP designation is preferred.

--- General Financial Industry Licenses

--- Financial services and Financial Planning experience of at least 3 years.

Job Type: Full-time in Tampa FL

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000 per year

Annual Bonus: of 0 – 10% of base salary based on individual performance and firm’s Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.

401(k): non-elective 3% employer contribution regardless of employee participation. Roth option also available.

Profit-sharing: employer contribution which can vary between 0% to 25% of base salary.  

Health Insurance: 100% employer paid for individual


PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation (10 days), paid NYSE holidays (10 days)
