Lead Financial Advisor
Our client, a well-established Wealth Management firm in the San Francisco Bay area, is seeking a Lead Advisor to serve current clients and establish new community relationships.

Responsibilities:
 

• Serves as primary client-facing point of contact on behalf of the firm
• Focuses on complete client care and delivering on promises made to the client
• Directly responsible for client satisfaction with the firm and retention of client accounts
• Develop new revenue opportunities to service existing clients more effectively
• Connect with and develop relationships with existing client’s next generation
• Build loyal client advocates and produce new clients through those relationships
• Publicly represents the firm’s strategic brand
• Participates in and contributes to firm leadership
• Maintains familiarity with the industry and economic trends 
• Maintains knowledge of and shows the ability to apply compliance standards
• Works collegially and productively with clients, peers, and other team members
   

Requirements:
 

• 2-5 years of sales experience
• 2-5 years of financial services experience

Compensation: 
$65,000-75,000 base salary plus incentives. Total compensation $150,000 + (uncapped)
