About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Proposals Specialist to join our Wells Fargo Institutional Outsourced Chief Investment Office within Wealth & Investment Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

  • Qualify and fill out Request For Pricing's (RFP’s) in light of the firm's product and service capabilities, account minimums, and legal guidelines
  • Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
  • Create or update the firms profile on consultant databases
  • Participate in independent research on technical issues, analysis, creativity and judgment to accurately and favorably present products or services to customers and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Proposals
  • Review and analyze less complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require research and evaluation
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the functions, policies, procedures and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Proposals experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Experience responding to requests for pricing
  • Experience managing request for pricing process
