We are actively seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to work in our Westborough, MA office. The Senior Advisor will work closely with our Managing Partner and his clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, providing the highest level of service and support
- Meet with clients on a regular basis to review performance and discuss financial needs
- Consult with clients on investment strategies and allocations in conjunction with our Investment Team
- Identify, discuss, plan, and solve issues common among high-net-worth individuals and their families
- Coordinate with the client service team on meeting prep and post-meeting follow-ups
- Work with the firm’s prospective clients and referrals to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in a position working with retirement plans
- CFP designation required
- Series 7 and Series 63/66 strongly preferred or the ability to obtain licensing within the first six months of employment
- Ability to communicate comfortably with high-net-worth individuals
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others, and communicate with various personality types / levels of expertise
- Ability to work well with a team and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and focus on high value tasks and opportunities
Salary and Benefits

The Process
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant who is the hiring manager for this position. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments in the process.
