Financial Advisor

Fountainhead is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, down-to-earth and experienced financial professional to join our close-knit team as a Financial Advisor. In this role, you will be engaged in all aspects of the financial planning process within our boutique wealth management firm. 

This role offers a base plus commission structure and the opportunity to service an existing book of business currently generating $40-50k of revenue per year. In addition, you will gain access to practice infrastructure that supports client acquisition and business development for a growing team of senior advisors. The ideal candidate is interested in growing their practice in a creative and forward-thinking environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-8 years experience in a financial planning setting. He/She must have their series 65 license or equivalent (e.g., CFP) and/or be licensed to sell life insurance in NJ.
