Our firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our growing team. We focus on helping our clients leverage all their resources, not just financial, to navigate critical life decisions. Our model combines expertise in wealth management, business management, and a passion for the “human factor” to guide clients through personal and professional decisions.
Your core responsibilities may include:
- Identify and set appointments with potential clients
- Meet with clients to assess their financial needs
- Analyze financial and investment information obtained from clients to determine strategies, targets and timelines to help clients meet their financial and investment objectives
- Develop customized financial plans to address each of the clients’ desired goals
- Educate clients on their options so that they can become an active participant in their planning
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and help them track their progress over time
- Provide ongoing consultation and support and keep client financial and investment plans up to date
- Acquire new clients on an ongoing basis
The ideal candidate will meet most of the following:
- 3+ years of client-facing advisory experience
- Series 65 (or ability to sit for the exam within 90 days of hire)
- Qualifying professional designations may accepted in place of this license
- CFP® or working toward CFP®, preferred
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of wealth management concepts and solutions
- Provide insights and utilize interpersonal skills to make a positive impact while demonstrating a high level of integrity and embracing the firm’s core values
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Desire to make a difference and help educate clients on their finances
- Ability to effectively prioritize meetings, projects and manage your time
- Ability to adhere to complex regulatory and compliance requirements
We are big believers that you are at your best when you are comfortable with your environment. That is why our team has the option to work out of our Atlanta office, or their home offices. We do occasionally have planning meetings, so the entire team is required to be at the Atlanta location at least once per year or for any special meetings.
