Advisor

JNBA Financial Advisors is searching for an Advisor who shares our firm’s values and has a track record in helping wealth management clients achieve their financial life planning goals. This role is responsible for managing client relationships and developing new relationships that would benefit from an advice driven by advocacy® approach. This team member is expected to collaborate with other advisors and client service team members on relationships. The position will be responsible for formulating and implementing personal wealth management advice and may rely on technical specialists, including but not limited to JNBA Investment Committee team members, tax professionals, and estate professionals, to develop recommendations within an individual specialist's area of expertise. A Certified Financial Planner™ accreditation is required.

This team member must be solution-focused and forward-thinking. No portable book of business necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 +/- years of personal wealth management industry experience
• A Certified Financial Planner™ accreditation
• A strong desire to learn JNBA’s tools and processes
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other software applications
• A strong desire to learn JNBA's tools, financial planning software and processes
