Morton Wealth is currently looking to add new talent to our growing team. We are a registered investment advisor that was formed in 1981 and manages roughly $2.3 billion in assets across 1,000+ families. We manage wealth personally with the goal of empowering better investors and encouraging families to enjoy their lives. Our investment approach is distinctly not “Wall Street” as we are willing to look beyond traditional investments if we feel that alternative investments can more closely match our investment philosophy of risk management, true diversification and cash flow.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Work alongside financial planning team, advisory team and third-party professionals to deliver comprehensive financial planning, including in-depth reviews of cash flow planning, insurance policies, and/or estate documents.
  • Collaborate with advisory team to develop advanced retirement and cash flow planning recommendations.
  • Provide advisory team with updates on current financial planning news and changes.
  • Maintain a relationship with the eMoney support team, participate in periodic webinars, and take advantage of additional educational resources to deepen system usage.

Core Competencies:

  • CFP® certification and financial planning industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrates passion for education and learning.
  • Decision-making – ability to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions.
  • Writing skills – writing clearly, concisely, logically and free of major grammatical errors.
  • Forward thinking – anticipate consequences of situations and implications of certain actions and then respond appropriately; thinking of ways to improve processes and how the work is done.
