Client Service Associate/CFP/Investment Advisor

Duties and responsibilities

The CSA will work independently and with a team of Advisors

The duties will require reaching out to existing clients on a regular basis to ensure their needs are being met, or to simply say hello.  Maintaining the company motto of “always keeping in touch”

The CSA will also be required to open and maintain client accounts, making sure all paperwork is correct and accurately reflects our client.

The CSA will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of client accounts-checking on line with our Custodian for any problems or areas of opportunity.

The CSA will be responsible for following up with client request and needs.

We want our clients to feel special, as if they are our only client and that we are willing to do whatever it takes to make them happy.

The CSA MUST build and maintain relationships with our clients, working directly with the Administrative Assistant in providing this service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

CFP, 7, 63, or 65 licensed

Proficient in Excel or Numbers, Powerpoint or Keynote, Social Media mediums

Detail oriented and a problem solver

The ability to be a forward thinker or be proactive

Desire and ability to work in a small company environment
