We are an independent financial advisory practice with over 30 years of service to our clients. This position is focused on providing top notch client service along with top notch organizational skills.
In addition to interacting with clients, we are looking for a team member with excellent project focus skills: organized, can set and complete tasks independently, with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
Assist clients and advisers to the extent possible based on licensing and registrations
Assist advisers in maintaining a compliant practice
Accurately complete investment and insurance paperwork
Create, gather and organize materials for client meetings
Work directly with clients on service questions and changes, handling complex issues and problems independently
Develop working knowledge of any systems as they may be implemented and adhere to existing policies and procedures
Act as the primary resource for internal and external contacts including broker/dealer, fund companies, custodians and insurance companies, facilitating a professional image
Handle sensitive, confidential and proprietary information with discretion
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism
FINRA Series 6 or 7 Registrations
Life & Health insurance license
2+ years of experience in administrative support that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
