Job Details

The Lead Advisor, known as a Financial Advisor II at Savant,  is the primary manager of the client relationships and provides support to senior advisors. The position has responsibility for initiating new business, managing existing client relationships, formulating and implementing advice, and may rely on technical specialists to develop recommendations within a given area of expertise. This specific role has an established book of business. In addition to the above, you will:

 

  • Assume co-advisor and/or lead advisor role on existing clients
  • Participate in and/or lead client discussions and other strategic onboarding processes
  • Be responsible for the client relationship and client satisfaction 
  • Serve as a liaison for clients to the planning team 
  • Participate in new client relationship development
  • Participate in planning meetings regarding new prospects/new clients
  • Coordinate follow-up workflow for new clients
  • Convert $50-150k in new revenue from multiple existing clients or new prospects to Savant at typical Savant fee schedule
  • Utilize and further develop network of referral sources and centers of influence to generate future business development opportunities
  • Engage in community networking opportunities
  • Maintain team approach by assisting and filling in for others
