Position Overview
This is a sales and service support role supporting the Advisor and Senior Planner. Must be outgoing, friendly, possess a great work ethic, be detail oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities
- Prepare of Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, Insurance proposals, and presentations for client meetings
- Utilize websites, software and other resources to obtain client and product information
- Compare existing solutions to those currently available in the marketplace
- Establish, organize and maintain detailed client files
- Prepare client correspondence, including letters and email correspondence
- Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate
- Assist in client meetings
- Assist in retaining, nurturing, growing and expanding client relationships
- Lead communication campaigns and complete quarterly client calls to touch base
- Client Onboarding assistance
- Client gifting coordination and projects (special occasions/ Illness/ celebrations)
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Financial Industry experience. CFP preferred, or at least working on it.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Desire to obtain long-term employment
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude
- Ability to excel in a team environment
Salary and Benefits
- $60-75K salary first year plus commissions
