Passive Capital Management (PCM) is a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Baltimore, MD and Syracuse, NY that is looking to hire a team-oriented Associate Investment Advisor. This position offers a great opportunity to join an established and successful team of Investment and Financial Advisors. The Associate Investment Advisor is a support role with the potential for professional growth within the firm.

Responsibilities
- Developing strong and trusted relationships with current clients and their families.
- Supporting the PCM team in delivering the highest level of customer service which includes acting in ways that are:
- Responsive
- Confidential
- Prudent
- Collaborating with teammates to implement our passive investment philosophy on behalf of our clients.
- Supporting teammates with client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship building.
Qualifications
- FINRA Investment Advisor Representative license (Series 65 or Series 66) preferred.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or working toward the certification.
- Strong work ethic and well organized with the desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in MS office products (excel, word, and powerpoint) as well as experience using a contact management system (CRM).
- Commitment to the industry with eagerness to learn and grow within the firm.
