Senior Practice Management Consultant - Comp = $200,000+

This opportunity is with a Regional Broker Dealer to join their Practice Management and Professional Development team working directly with Financial Advisors in a consulting and coaching capacity that focuses on practice management strategies that enhance growth, client engagement and client retention.

Compensation: $150,000 base salary + bonus (guaranteed $50,000) so Total comp = $200,000+ with full benefits & perks

Location:  Ideally Los Angeles or Denver or any major city in the Western US

Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (preferred)
• Minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience working with Financial Advisors or as a Financial Advisor
• Skilled in coaching or consulting with a focus on team dynamics
• Experience helping Financial Advisors develop growth strategies and tactics
• Ability to occasionally travel
• Bachelor's degree

Job Duties:

• Develop trusted relationships with Financial Advisors and Advisor Teams in a consulting and coaching capacity, focusing on practice management strategies that enhance growth, client engagement and client retention
• Assist in the creation of resources and direct communication for Financial Advisors to help them integrate best practices, processes and tactical tools into their practices
• Help develop the firm's Growth and Productivity strategies supporting the adoption of optimal practices, tools, and technology to drive organic growth
• Collaborate with various Advisor Solutions Team product and service specialists to determine optimal actionable strategies that best support specific Advisor or Team goals
