SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Associate Advisor that will support the firm’s Financial Advisory Team by focusing on drafting financial plans and developing analyses that can be presented by the lead professionals as well as providing assistance with a variety of tasks so the advisors are more efficient and focused on business development and professional responsibilities. Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Draft financial plans
  • Perform asset allocation analysis necessary for client onboarding and portfolio reviews
  • Create custom analyses of financial decisions
  • Prepare presentations and other material necessary for client meetings
  • Perform research of investments that clients currently hold or may hold
  • Answer routine client questions and service requests
  • Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission, and strategy
  • Attend business development meetings with Senior Advisors and take responsibility for follow-up tasks
  • Engage in teamwork and team building and integrate into the culture of the firm

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 3 years of experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:

  • Must have Series 7, 63, 65 or equivalent Must have Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance license

  • Position is located in the Oklahoma City, OK office.  Must be able to work in the office during scheduled work hours (8am-5pm).
