Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Lending Relationship Management Representative as part of the Business Client Management team.

In this role, you will:
  • Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
  • Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Business Lending Relationship Management
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks
  • Articulate between unique industries, programs and market segments
  • Assist in setting performance standards, and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
  • Serve as liaison between various departments, merchant, client and customer
  • Evaluate profitability of the relationship and make recommendation to management about account disposition
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Lending Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Particularly MS Excel
  • BS/BA preferred


Job Expectations:
  • This position is hybrid- You will be expected to report 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (Subject to change depending on business needs)
