Director of Financial Advisors

Seeking a Director of Financial Advisors to directly lead the Division’s Financial Advisors.  Partners with other Divisions of the bank to help clients with a comprehensive, One-Ledyard experience. Contributes significantly to the Division’s strategic business plan.  Serves as member of the bank’s Senior Management Team.  Responsible for driving revenue development activities and results, while meeting retention goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10 to 15 years of related experience in trust, law, financial services or the equivalent (may include both professional experience and relevant advanced education); advanced degree in a related field (business administration, tax, or law) or rigorous professional designation (CTFA, CFA, CFP) is preferred; a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience leading Financial Advisors required.
