Barron Financial Group works with a diverse group of clients including individuals, business owners, professionals and not-for-profit organizations. Our passion is providing intelligent and prudent financial advice and the personalized wealth management solutions our clients need.
The team at Barron Financial Group is interested in meeting a highly motivated and result-driven individual with experience in the financial advisory field. The individual must be able to demonstrate competency in professional sales, relationship-building, as well as an understanding of basic financial concepts and planning techniques. They should be comfortable with networking, community service and becoming a “go-to person” in their local region. Further, they will be required to market our services, generate leads, engage new clients one-on-one, and promote the Barron Financial Group message with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications for the Financial Advisor:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Series 65 or 66 (One of these licenses is required. If the selected candidate does not hold one of these licenses, but holds another securities license, we will assist the individual in meeting the necessary requirements)
- 1-5 years of wealth management and/or financial planning experience
- Strong understanding of the investment and financial planning business
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, time management, and the ability to self-manage when necessary
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Advisor:
- Masters or MBA
- Additional financial credentials (CFP®, AWMA®, etc.)
- State Insurance License in CT
- Experience working within a Registered Investment Advisory firm
Responsibilities for the Financial Advisor:
- Build your own book of business: Prospect, cultivate, and service your clients under the Barron Financial Group model
- Develop and execute firm marketing and prospecting strategies
- Hold discovery meetings and present solutions to prospects
- Explain the advantages of our model to promote sales
- Work with our team to prepare financial plans and present as needed
- Represent Barron Financial Group within their respective community
- Other duties as assigned
