Functional Responsibilities
Support the lead advisor –Performs client fact finding – Meets, greets, and provides concierge service for visiting clients or prospects as needed – Prepares for and leads ongoing client review meetings and supports the delivery of ongoing service to existing clients – Responds to advice-related client calls – Makes outgoing client courtesy calls –Input on all systems –Participates in meetings with lead advisor to develop client acquisition skills and to support the conversion of prospects to clients
Exceeds all Compliance Policies/Procedures and Code of Ethics. Maintains strong compliance documentation – Fully utilizes all technological systems.
Compiles and analyzes client data to develop financial plans – Simulation modeling and other statistical techniques – Tax gain/loss analysis – Assists in development of complex/highly customized financial portfolios for high-net worth clients and prospects.
Prospecting - Uncover organic growth opportunities, multi-generational opportunities, and creates positive networks in the community. Over time develop ability to articulate the story of the practice and identify ideal qualified prospects - Assists in building, tracking, and maintaining prospect pipeline.
Liaise with Other Team Members – Works with client documentation, client meeting preparation and post meeting processes/tasks, – Participates in regular team meetings – Participates in annual business planning strategy session.
Data input – Maintains and updates data into systems – Enters client data and post meeting tasks/processes. Directs and monitors workflow required to service clients. Documents processes for all client analysis, financial planning and research activities. Generates requested reports. Develops and maintains standardized proposals, presentations and resource library .
Required:
An undergraduate degree in finance, financial planning, economics or equivalent work experience with background in the financial services industry is required. Excellent with all technology and excel; knowledge of or ability to learn industry programs such as Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, Fidelity and Schwab
