Our firm is a growing, fee-only RIA in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. We are searching for a Communications Coordinator interested in supporting our team and providing excellent service to our clients. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for handling client communications and day-to-day operational management at our firm.

We will also offer the option to obtain the Certified Financial Planner™ designation (company paid) whether moving into a financial planning role is desired or continuing within the communications field at our firm.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Client Communication:
- Foster ongoing client communication through email platforms, social media, and online channels.
- Handle client correspondence and public communications professionally and effectively.
- Social Media Management:
- Take charge of managing our firm’s social media platforms.
- Maintain client communications on social media, ensuring prompt responses and engagement.
- Video Creation:
- Assist in the production of educational and informational videos.
- Help with recording, editing, and posting videos to various platforms.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and help plan events to enhance client engagement and networking opportunities.
- Administrative Support:
- Learn and assist in the client service role, supporting administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere or equivalent video editing software for executing video projects.
- Experience with social media and website platform management tools like Hootsuite, Squarespace, and other relevant platforms.
- Expertise in MS Office applications and web analytics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a small team environment.
- Minimum of one year of full-time work experience.
- $55-65k compensation.
